Fathom Holdings to Acquire LiveBy

Fathom Holdings Inc. , a holding company that primarily operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fathom Realty, recently announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire hyperlocal data and technology platform, LiveBy, Inc. Following the acquisition, LiveBy will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fathom's subsidiary, IntelliAgent.
The purchase price is expected to be approximately $9.0 million, consisting of approximately $3.0 million in cash and $6.0 million in Fathom Holdings common stock.
