Instead of a paper check or bank deposit, some Americans will get debit cards loaded with stimulus money

Some Americans will receive their second stimulus check, or economic impact payment, via prepaid debit card.
The debit cards can be used to withdraw cash from an ATM, transfer funds to a bank account, issue a check, or make purchases wherever Visa is accepted.
Only one card will be provided per family, and the US government will not be able to see how the money is used.

Some H&R Block and TurboTax customers may experience delays in getting their second stimulus payments due to processing issues.
H&R Block said it will try to resolve the issue by end of day Tuesday.
For those who are still having trouble, the IRS is also trying to resolve the issue, and some recipients can try to get the payment via a tax credit.
