Elon Musk spends a lot of time talking to Tesla owners on Twitter, but the company's stores are terrible at responding to customers

The online reputation-management platform Reputation.com released on Monday a ranking of automotive brands' dealerships based on over 13 million online comments and reviews from customers and how the dealerships responded to them.
Tesla ranked 27th out of the 28 brands on the list, due mostly to the failure of its stores to respond to nearly all of their customer reviews.
That result may surprise followers of Tesla CEO Elon Musk , since he frequently interacts with the electric-car maker's customers on Twitter.

LG Chem will supply Tesla batteries at its China factory, Bloomberg News reported Friday.
It's a big milestone for Elon Musk's company as it hopes to begin production in the country this year.
In the US, Tesla's relationship with current battery supplier Panasonic, has become strained, with Musk blaming the company for slower than expected production.
